Visit our original boutique vacation home. This A-Frame cabin is located on a quiet 2.5 acres in South Jersey. With frontage on the picturesque Maurice River, it is the perfect location for a private, scenic getaway.

The cabin offers an authentic rural experience while still being accessible. It is located just 20 minutes away from many of Southern Jersey’s popular shore towns, and 50 minutes from Philly. 

Originally built in the ‘60s from California Redwood, we recently completed a total redesign of the interior, drawing inspiration from the modern Scandinavian style. The building has been fully insulated to ensure maximum comfort.

We’ve built a small beach along the Maurice River for your private use. It’s a great place to have morning coffee or a drink as you watch the sun set.

Two Fire Pits

Would your stay at a cabin in the woods really be complete without building a fire or two? We provide the firewood so you can build a fire in either the backyard pit - the other is portable!

Projection Screen & Apple TV

There’s a great drive-in 15 minutes away. But if you want your own cozy cinema experience in the cabin, we’ve got you covered. Relax in front of our 8 foot wide HD projection system, connected to both Cable and your favorite streaming services. And yes, we have HBO.

Sonos Surround Sound

Experience premium audio throughout the living area, deck and fire pits. For your beach excursions, we’ve got you covered with a portable bluetooth speaker from Audio Pro Sound.

Comfortable Furnishings

The folks from Article have collaborated with us to offer high-end furniture throughout. Getting you a good night’s rest is our priority - which is why we’ve bought the most comfortable mattresses and pillows from Casper and Parachute.

Big Green Egg Grill

Enjoy the largest Big Green Egg charcoal grill on the market. We provide charcoal, utensils, and a recipe + instruction book. Cook everything from slow-smoked meats to the perfect seared steak.

Full Linen Service

This is not a home where you need to bring a bunch of sheets and towels. We stock the same high quality Parachute linens found in our larger hotels. That includes new waffle robes and a dozen Woolrich blankets!

Dog Friendly

All our vacation homes allow up to two well behaved dogs. An extra $100 cleaning fee applies to ensure we return each house back to the cleanliness our guests with animal allergies expect.

Birds and Wildlife

This area is a special place for nature lovers. Walk along the river and you’ll meet a variety of beautiful birds - maybe even the two bald eagles who nest downstream!

Quality Coffee and Tea

Indulge in artisan coffee from Rival Bros, and loose leaf tea by Steap and Grind. Choose from a number of ways to brew the perfect cup - like our burr grinder, Chemex coffeemaker, and kettles from Fellow.

Full Commercial Kitchen

The kitchen is fully kitted out with high-end commercial appliances, including a 36” Gas Range by Thermador. You’ll have everything you need to cook basic meals, along with essentials like spices and oils.

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband is a Big Green Egg fanatic. This is the only rental I've found that has one. And adding an A frame cabin, jacuzzi and a river to the package made it all the better. We came away from our trip very relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you Stay Lokal!

The PLACE to relax! This beautiful cabin sits in South Jersey. The location makes its private beach nicely secluded and has a wonderful view. Our room was perfect, the bed very comfortable and the best part of it was probably the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Also, the terrace is well equipped with a fire pit and an amazing Big-green Egg charcoal grill. All you need is there and we hope to come back soon!
