The retreat takes place at our Cape May location, Wednesday April 15th , with check in on April 14th and check out on April 16th.
April 14th, 5 - 7 pm – HAPPY HOUR BY THE FIRE PITS
Meet and greet yoga and meditation instructor Judy, massage therapists Nikolas Pattantyus and Chef Faith as they discuss their individual passions for health and wellness. This will also be a great opportunity to meet other attendees and the hotel staff.

April 15th – WELLNESS RETREAT DAY

In the event of inclement weather, Happy Hour Gathering will be moved to a local bar. Yoga and meditation sessions will be held at Balance studio Cape May. Transportation will be provided.
