OLD CITY BOUTIQUE HOTEL

If you’ve heard of Philadelphia, you’ve heard of Old City. This is our flagship location that started it all. Housed in a historic building and designed by Jersey Ice Cream Co. with a mid-century modern meets industrial vibe. This boutique hotel is unlike any other you’ve visited and features six loft apartment style suites in the middle of a residential street full of owner-operated shops and cafes. In other words, it goes where larger hotels can not fit and allows you to live like a Lokal during your stay in Philly.

FISHTOWN BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Fishtown is not only Philly’s hottest neighborhood, but where our founders put down roots to raise their family. We hope you love this hip neighborhood full of boutiques, great food and drink and plenty of activities for the entire family as much as we do. Located right off the main commercial drag of Frankford Ave, this hotel is just a few minutes north of Center City by train, bike or car. It’s two huge penthouse suites along with a private courtyard are perfect for large parties and smaller, intimate events as well.

CAPE MAY, NJ MICRO RESORT

Cape May, NJ has become our family’s favorite shore town destination over the past decade, so we decided to build our newest hotel there. We call it a Micro Resort as it has only eight apartment style rooms but includes a private salt water pool heated most of the year an outdoor grilling/cocktail station and an outdoor lounge area. It’s kind of like the best of a boutique hotel mixed with a luxury home rental steps from the beach.

A-FRAME BOUTIQUE CABIN

This is not a hotel. This is our first Boutique Vacation Home. It happens to be 50 minutes outside of Philadelphia. It also happens to be an A-Frame cabin on 2.5 acres of land fronting the Maurice River. It also happens to be completely updated with Scandinavian Modern interiors and all of the modern finishes and amenities you have come to expect from us. It’s an escape from our hectic lifestyles and 20 minutes from the beach. It’s “Glamping on Steroids.”
