ITENARARY
April 14th, 5 - 7 pm – HAPPY HOUR BY THE FIRE PITS
Meet and greet yoga and meditation instructor Judy, massage therapists Nikolas Pattantyus and Chef Faith as they discuss their individual passions for health and wellness. This will also be a great opportunity to meet other attendees and the hotel staff.

April 15th – WELLNESS RETREAT DAY
- 8 am – BREAKFAST DELIVERED TO YOUR ROOM (gluten free and vegetarian options available)
- 10 am – YOGA BY THE POOL (45 min)
- 12 pm – LUNCH DELIVERED TO YOUR ROOM (optional)
- 2 pm – MEDITATION BY THE POOL (45 min)

In the event of inclement weather, Happy Hour Gathering will be moved to a local bar. Yoga and meditation sessions will be held at Balance studio Cape May. Transportation will be provided.
