Cape May Micro-Resort with Beautiful Shower

This hotel is kind of a little and unique paradise in Cape May. The design is amazing, the salt water pool had been built to make you feel comfortable, the apartments are provided with everything you would need to cook or just hang in a nice atmosphere. That's a little treasure in Cape May. Even if it's a hotel, LOKAL makes you feel at home - and it is very hard to leave that relaxing spot with all these smiles and consciousness thoughts. We'll come back, for sure, and I would recommend to every couple or families to stay there instead of an usual hotel. This is LOKAL !

I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else. The design was perfectly thought out; from room decor to functionality. The fully equipped kitchen offers every aspect of feeling at home while traveling. Location was perfect, right across the street from beach access and also close to all downtown. The social areas are complete with a pool, yard games and grill are pushed back away from the street just enough to feel like a private oasis during the busy tourism days of Cape May. Stay in or hit the town with room designated beach towels and bag. The branded yeti cooler will remind you who to thank at the end of your beach getaway.

Our booking calendar is run by a 3rd party and we do not have full control on it’s format. If you have any trouble using it, please call (609) 536-9157 and we can help you book a room over the phone 24/7. Thank you for your understanding as we work with our 3rd party to improve usability for all users.

Are you open year round?

YES! We will be open year round every year because Cape May is an amazing place to visit any time of the year!

What time is the pool open?

Our pool is open from 9 AM to 9 PM daily in season. Our pool equipment and music do not run until 10AM for a peaceful morning pool time each day.

What months of the year is your glorious, heated, salt-water pool open?

We try to keep the pool open until the 1st week of January and open it back up around the first week of April weather depending. We are committed to being the last to close our pool and the first to open it in Cape May.

What about beach tags?

The City of Cape May now allows us to provide our guests with commercial beach tags. Please just try to remember to return them to your room as they are pricey and hard to get…

Do you offer beach service?

Yes! Just pop across the street to the Howard Beach and let the attendant know you are a guest of Lokal Hotel. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided at no charge to you.

What other amenities do you provide?

All of our rooms feature fully stocked kitchens for all of your cooking needs. We also provide coffee, teas, oil and vinegar, and spices. Our bar stations provide complimentary soda, tonic and bitters – you just supply the booze! We also provide Yeti coolers, mugs and water bottles, along with beach bags, and beach chairs. We provide a large selection of outdoor and beach games, yoga mats, shovels, buckets, and more!

Do you provide linens?

Yes! Not only do we provide top of the line Parachute linens on all of our beds, we also provide luxurious towels, robes and beach towels for all of our guests!

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately we do not allow pets at our hotel. If you have an ADA certified service animal, please contact us directly.

Do you have minimum stays?

Yes! We have a 2-3 night minimum stays during the high season. Our minimum requirements vary during the off season and you can always make special requests we will consider.

Do the rooms feature outdoor space?

Yes! All of our rooms have outdoor decks. We also have a common area grilling station, yard, and pool area.

How many rooms are there in Lokal Cape May?

There are eight hotel rooms. Four of our units are two bedroom suites that can sleep up to five guests. The other four are two persons suites featuring queen beds.
