Outdoor Music

Connect to the deck via your phone’s bluetooth on Sonos. The Sonos More controls the small speaker. Take it to the game shed or sit by the fire and enjoy!

THE GREAT OUTDOORS

Fire, Fire, Fire

Firewood can be found next to the game shed. Feel free to use it while you are here, but do be responsible and please don’t take it off site (firewood is expensive!). You’ve heard of Smoky the Bear – never leave a fire unattended. All fires should be doused with water when finished or at the end of the night. There is an ash bucket provided for your use – remove the extra ash to keep the air flow going under the fire for maximum heat and enjoyment. And most importantly – please use caution at all times. We want fires to be fun!

Grill Instructions

The Big Green Egg is so much more than a grill – it can smoke, roast, bake and more – it’s the ultimate cooking experience! Check out The Big Green Egg book for detailed instructions.

Please note:

There is lump hardwood Charcoal provided. Fire starters are provided – located with the charcoal.

Please DO NOT use lighter fluid – it will ruin the grill!

  1. Load charcoal (old charcoal can be reused, even if gray)
  2. Light charcoal with fire starters
  3. Leave the grill wide open until it heats up 4. Close grill and adjust airflow at the top and bottom to reach desired temperature

When done, close both air gills to put out charcoal and be ready for the next guest!

Hot Tub

The Hot Tub is available to use all year round. Please ensure it is always turned on and the cover placed when not in use.

EXTRAS
