Frequently Asked Questions for the Lokal A-Frame location in New Jersey
Getting to the Lokal A-Frame
We are located at 3 Penny Lane, Dorchester, NJ 08316.
There is parking located at the A-Fame with space for multiple cars.
Prior to your arrival you will be provided with a 4 digit lockbox code.
Staying at the Lokal A-Frame
Check-in is after 3pm.
Check out is at 11 am. As much as we love sleeping in, late check-outs are not available at the A-Frame. Unauthorized late check outs will be subject to a $200 fee.
You must be 25 or older to book a room. Please note that for security purposes, we ask all guests to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID prior to check-in.
Guests are welcome to have up to two well-behaved dogs maximum for $100 per stay (sorry, no puppies or cats). Dogs are not allowed on furniture or carpet. Please ensure your pets are respectful of our plant friends!
Lokal Hotel enforces a strict No Party Policy for the comfort and security of all hotel guests. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time. Should guests violate this policy, a violation will result in immediate eviction from the hotel without refund and a violation fee.
Commercial photography and filming are prohibited on property without prior approval from Lokal Hotel. Any unauthorized use of images of Lokal Hotel or its contents is strictly prohibited and will result in a fee of up to $1,000.
We provide a full housekeeping service prior to check-in.
We will make every effort to honor special requests prior to your arrival. All special requests are noted on reservations and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Yes! Reservations require a two to three night minimum based on availability and season.
Reservations & Cancellations
All reservations require a refundable deposit in the amount of the first night stay at the time of booking. The deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival. The balance is collected 14 days prior to the arrival date at which time the full amount becomes non-refundable. In addition, a $250.00 security deposit is required to book, and is normally returned within 7 days after the house is inspected. A portion of the security deposit can be withheld if there is any damage, missing items, violations or the checkout list if not completed. The cleaning and amenities fee is $150.
Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date for a full refund. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us well in advance. Lokal is not responsible for weather, personal emergencies, illness, or other changes in plans. There are no refunds for, shortened stays, or early departures.
Rooms at the Lokal A-Frame
Only confirmed number of guests are allowed on the property. We do not allow more than 8 guests at any time.
Lokal is a 100% smoke-free facility and does not permit smoking of any kind. Any evidence of smoking in the cabin will result in a $1,000 fee. This includes smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, diffusers, hookahs, incense, cigars and candle burning.
Yes, there is free WiFi.
Yes! Not only do we provide top of the line Parachute linens on all of our beds, we also provide luxurious towels and robes for all of our guests!
